Absolwentka Wydziału Architektury Politechniki Krakowskiej (I, II i III stopień studiów). Studia magisterskie ukończyła w 2013 r. Pracę dyplomową magisterską pt. „ Zespół wielofunkcyjny wraz z parkingiem przy wyciągu narciarskim w Schierke” wykonała pod kierunkiem prof. dr hab. inż. arch. Krzysztofa Bieda oraz dr hab. inż. arch Kingi Racoń-Leja, prof. PK. W 2015 r. ukończyła studia podyplomowe w zakresie projektowania wnętrz i wystawiennictwa na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Łodzi. W 2021 roku na Wydziale Architektury Politechniki Krakowskiej obroniła dysertację doktorską pt. „Idea „Smart City” a budowa formy urbanistycznej na wybranych przykładach” pod kierunkiem prof. dr hab. inż. arch. Anny Agaty Kantarek. Recenzentami pracy byli dr hab. inż. arch. Stanisława Wehle-Strzelecka, prof. Pśk oraz dr hab. inż. arch. Michał Stangel.
Od 2022 roku zatrudniona jest na Wydziale Architektury Politechniki Krakowskiej. Prowadzi zajęcia dydaktyczne w języku polskim i angielskim na studiach I i II stopnia WA PK. Jest autorką artykułów naukowych z dziedziny architektury i urbanistyki dot. problematyki smart city oraz zagadnień dotyczących zabudowy mieszkalnej wielorodzinnej. Regularnie uczestniczy w ogólnopolskich i międzynarodowych konferencjach naukowych, m.in. 30th Conference of the International Seminar on Urban Form – ISUF Praxis of Urban Morphology, Belgrad, Serbia 3-9 wrzesień 2023; Seventh International Conference on The Constructed Environment w Krakowie, 2017, oraz Synergia w architekturze w Lublinie, 2016. Laureatka nagrody Emergency Scholar Award podczas konferencji naukowej Seventh International Conference on The Constructed Environment w Krakowie.
Od 2016 r. jest uprawnionym architektem i członkiem Lubelskiej Okręgowej Izby Architektów. W czasie studiów odbyła staż projektowy w pracowni architektonicznej Gmüer&Geschwentner w Zurychu w Szwajcarii. Po ukończeniu studiów pracowała w biurach projektowych, takich jak m.in. Stelmach i Partnerzy w Lublinie oraz B2 Studio w Krakowie. W ramach praktyki zawodowej pełniła funkcję członka zespołów projektowych, jak i architekta prowadzącego. Opracowała projekty kilkudziesięciu obiektów budowlanych, głównie zespołów zabudowy mieszkaniowej wielorodzinnej i budynków użyteczności publicznej. W latach 2015-2020 była członkiem Komisji Rewizyjnej SARP o/Lublin. W latach 2018-2023 pełniła funkcję członka Miejskiej Komisji Urbanistyczno-Architektonicznej w Lublinie.

PhD Eng. Architect Natalia Gorgol
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Krakow University of Technology (first, second, and third level of studies). She completed her master’s degree in 2013. Her master’s thesis, entitled ‘Multifunctional complex with a parking lot at the ski lift in Schierke,’ under the supervision of Prof. Krzysztof Bieda, PhD, Eng. Arch. and Kinga Racoń-Leja, PhD, Eng. Arch., Prof. PK. In 2015, she completed postgraduate studies in interior design and exhibition design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. In 2021, she defended her doctoral dissertation entitled ‘The idea of Smart City and the creation of the urban form on selected examples’ at the Faculty of Architecture of the Krakow University of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Anna Agata Kantarek, PhD, Eng. Arch. The reviewers of the thesis were Stanisława Wehle-Strzelecka, PhD, Eng. Arch., Prof. Pśk, and Michał Stangel, PhD, Eng. Arch.
Since 2022, she has been employed at the Faculty of Architecture of the Krakow University of Technology. She teaches classes in Polish and English at the first and second level of studies at the Faculty of Architecture of the Krakow University of Technology. She is the author of scientific articles in the field of architecture and urban planning on the subject of smart cities and multi-family residential development issues. She regularly participates in national and international scientific conferences, including the 30th Conference of the International Seminar on Urban Form – ISUF Praxis of Urban Morphology, Belgrade, Serbia, September 3-9, 2023; Seventh International Conference on The Constructed Environment in Krakow, 2017, and Synergy in Architecture in Lublin, 2016. Winner of the Emergency Scholar Award at the Seventh International Conference on The Constructed Environment in Krakow.
Since 2016, she has been a licensed architect and member of the Lublin Regional Chamber of Architects. During her studies, she completed a design internship at the Gmüer&Geschwentner architectural studio in Zurich, Switzerland. After graduating, she worked in design offices such as Stelmach i Partnerzy in Lublin and B2 Studio in Krakow. As part of her professional practice, she served as a member of design teams and as a lead architect. She has developed designs for dozens of buildings, mainly multi-family residential complexes and public buildings. In 2015-2020, she was a member of the Audit Committee of SARP Lublin. In 2018-2023, she was a member of the Municipal Urban Planning and Architecture Committee in Lublin.
